Grieving has been described as how we love someone after they die and as an unwelcome change introduced by loss.
During a recent professional continuing education program on Grief Therapy, I learned about a free online resource (aftertalk.com) that may benefit those of you who have experienced loss through death or are supporting a loved one in hospice care.
The site, aftertalk.com (see link below) is an non-demominational online resource that includes space for private conversations, hospice memory archiving, Q&A’s, by a grief expert, and resources that include articles, books and DVD’s on a variety of related topics.
I am not affiliated with the Aftertalk.com site but believe it may be beneficial to people in this community and encourage you to check it out.
Will you check out the resource? How have you deal with loss? Please join the conversation.
